Sintered porous metal powder is one kind of product from powder metallurgy. Metal powder, small metallic beads, is pressed in the mold by coaxial or isostatic means to form the shape. Then the shaped metal is sintered to become the sintered porous metal powder filter cartridge. The hardware / end fitting can be sintered with the metal powder filter body, without extra welding.
